WRITTEN TESTIMONYAll written testimony must clearly indicate to which committee the testimony is being submitted, your name, organization (if applicable), position (support/oppose/comments only), the measure number, and the date of the hearing.  Anonymous comments and petitions will not be categorized as testimony by the committee.  Written testimony must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 15th.
