News Release from Hawai’i Republican Party, March 1, 2022

Honolulu, HI – The Hawai’i Republican Party (HRP) held a press conference Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at the Hawai‘i State Capitol announcing the launch of the election season with their Stand for Hawai‘i Victory 2022 campaign. It showcased candidates who represent the pillars of our community bringing an array of experiences and have stepped up to run for public office.

Chair Lynn Finnegan of the HRP stood with Republican candidates for the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State, and U.S. Congressional seats, and a crowd of supporters.

The Stand for Hawai‘i Victory 2022 campaign, outlined in Chair Finnegan’s speech, called for a unified approach and for Hawai‘i Republicans to work together. During Finnegan’s speech she condemned 60+ years of the Democrat monopoly in government highlighting issues of overreach, corruption, hypocrisy, and deafness to the voices of Hawai‘i’s people.

“The group of candidates that stand behind me are 100% dedicated to Republican wins this year. Although our candidates with contested primaries will run as opponents, we are a team and will unite to elect Republican candidates in the general election. We understand that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” said chair Lynn Finnegan.

Attached is the roster of candidates that were present and Chair Finnegan’s full speech. Please visit this >>> link for photo and video.
