On May 23, the Draft TOD Overlay Plan will be available for review on HCDA’s website.

Come to the open house to learn about the TOD Plan for the Kakaako Community Development District (KCDD). The Plan enhances the policies and direction set forth in established KCDD Plans and Rules through smart growth principles, multi-modal transportation, and walkable neighborhood design.
