Birtherism is part of Obama’s reelection strategy.
Birtherism was invented by Democrat Linda Starr and has been promulgated by Democrat and former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Phil Berg and $1000 Democrat donor Orly Taitz--the two foremost birther lawyers.
Berg is a 9-11 truther who spent the Bush administration filing lawsuits claiming al-Qaeda was innocent and Bush was guilty of the 9-11 attacks.
After the November, 2010 elections birtherism seemed to be dead, so Neil Abercrombie brought it back to life.
And here is a slice of today’s news which once again makes it crystal clear that birtherism is designed to help Obama by disorienting and discrediting his opponents.
Birthers Thank Abercrombie for help
“Thanks to the relentless pursuit of this (birth certificate) story by WND, with contributions from Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie and presidential candidate Donald Trump, Americans overwhelmingly disagree with the naysayers. (And why would Abercrombie help the Birthers? See next article.)
Obama: Birthers create problems for GOP
President Barack Obama said Thursday that Republicans who are sowing doubts about whether he is American-born may gain politically in the short term by playing to their constituencies but will have trouble when the general election rolls around. (Which is exactly why Obama loves Birthers!)

“Stop with the damn birth certificate!” he said. “Stop!” According to him, it is a non-issue that only detracts from the real problem in America, which is progressives fundamentally transforming America.
“If you’re going to lose your country– we’re going to lose it on a birth certificate?” he asked. “You have a real opportunity to talk about American exceptionalism … instead you’re going to waste time on the birth certificate?” (Which is exactly why Obama and Abercrombie both love birtherism.)
“You’re out of your mind if you think that is a winning argument for the next election. You’re out of your mind. You have to go fight the battle on the principles of America!”
VIDEO: Donald Trump Slams "Evil" Bush, Praises Obama
In a 2008 interview, real estate mogul Donald Trump harshly criticized President George Bush and said that Barack Obama could "go down as a great president."
(Thus confirming once again that it is Obama supporters who are promoting birtherism in a desperate effort to get Obama reelected.)
