Bizarre News: State Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Hoopili

Environmentalists win 90% of environmental cases brought before the State’s highly politicized Supreme Court but today the Justices ruled 4-1 that the Hoopili development can proceed.

Planned for farmland located at the end of the Honolulu Rail line, DR Horton’s proposed 11,750 home Hoopili development had been challenged by the Hawaii Sierra Club and ex-Senator Clayton Hee.
