In 2014 we found that the Commission lacked training, bylaws, and other mechanisms to focus its attention on policy and planning, and subsequently, focused its efforts on operations, such as art acquisition.
In our follow-up, we found that the Foundation and DAGS have implemented 16 and partially implemented 7 of the 29 recommendations. Six recommendations have not been implemented and remain open.
