Death Row 'Not-a-Pimp' McCoy Kicked out by Angry Mother
By Andrew Walden @ 6:19 PM :: 6472 Views :: Honolulu County, Law Enforcement

by Andrew Walden

Facing trial for allegedly driving the getaway vehicle in a Manoa Valley tourist robbery, former death-row inmate and ‘not-a-pimp’ Isaiah McCoy made $100K bail December 2, 2019, -- just in time to spend Christmas with his … uh … ‘girlfriend’, Raven Jackson, in an Ewa Beach condo owned by Jackson’s mother and step-father.

It didn't quite work out.

As explained in a January 22, 2020, bail revocation motion, McCoy immediately started getting in trouble:

…on the 9th day of December, 2020, the defendant reported in person to the OISC; further, that the (pretrial officer) instructed the defendant to submit a letter from the fee owner(s) stating that he has their permission to reside at their residence; further, that, the undersigned instructed the defendant to submit a letter from a few owner on every OISC office contact since….

McCoy allegedly ‘failed’ to recharge his ankle bracelet multiple times and violated his geographic restrictions twice.

Then the ‘girlfriend’s’ mom came home.

Here’s what happened, according to a bail revocation motion to be heard in the Courtroom of First Circuit Court Judge Eddins on January 28, 2020:

…on the 22nd day of January 2020, Marivic Sheldon (mother of Ms. Raven Jackson) the owner of (condo in Ewa) informed the undersigned that:

a) she was off the Island since October 2019;

b) the defendant (Isaiah McCoy) never had her permission to reside at her residence; and

c) Ms. Jackson picked up her with (McCoy) on the 16th day of January, 2020 from the airport; further, Ms. Sheldon informed McCoy he had to leave her residence on the 16th day of January 2020 and is not welcome back to her residence, further, that the defendant never informed the (pretrial officer) about a change of residence….
