HAWAII REPUBLICAN PARTY FIELDS MORE THAN 80 CANDIDATES
HONOLULU— Hawaii Republicans are celebrating candidate filing deadline this year with a bang. Hawaii Republican candidates are contesting nearly every seat in the State House and Senate.
“Hawaii voters want to see change in the way government does business,” said Chairman Jonah Ka’auwai. “This year, Hawaii Republicans are delivering with more than just rhetoric and promises.”
“We’ve fielded over eighty candidates from across the state in every level of government. Our candidates are armed with messages of liberty, limited government, individual accountability, fiscal responsibility and equality of opportunity.”
“At a time when we need action and decisive leadership, Hawaii Republicans are a welcomed change to the people of Hawaii. We saw this with Congressman Charles Djou’s victory in May and we’ll see it again this November.”
