EDITOR's NOTE: Hawaii Dems' 29% ‘uncommitted’ is a far larger percentage than the 13.2% ‘uncommitted’ that made headlines in Michigan on Tuesday Feb. 26. The ‘uncommitted’ Democratic Primary vote has been touted by Muslim activists as a protest against US support for Israel. In Hawaii, the higher percentage is probably related to the low overall turnout.
