Lingle Urges Supporters to Vote in Republican Primary
By Gov. Linda Lingle @ 6:38 PM :: 5618 Views :: Energy, Environment

Email to Supporters from Lingle Campaign August 1, 2012

Early voting for the Primary Election has begun! I cast my ballot by early walk-in voting at Honolulu Hale and I encourage you to do the same. Voting early by walk-in or mail-in is the most convenient way to vote, in case you can’t make it to the polls on Primary Election Day, Saturday, August 11th.

I strongly suggest all my supporters, especially the disabled and our kupuna, vote early in this election.

Your support of my campaign is more important than ever, and I need your vote on the Republican ballot in the Primary Election. Remember, you don’t have to be a Republican to vote for me on the Republican ballot.

It’s important to remember that every registered voter can vote early in the Primary Election by doing either of the following:

1. Download this form to request an Absentee Voter Ballot and send it completed to your City and County Clerk as listed on the form. Your Application for Absentee Voter Ballot must be received by the City/County Clerk where you reside no later than August 4, 2012, 4:30 p.m. When you receive your ballot in the mail, simply vote and return it by mail. Your Absentee Ballot must be received by the clerk issuing the ballot no later than the close of polls on August 11.

OR

2.Vote in person today through August 9th. You can find your walk-in early voting location details here.

If you need assistance in applying for or filling out an absentee ballot, please call my campaign headquarters nearest you and they can help you through the very simple process.

Your support and your vote means so much to me. With just 10 days until the Primary Election on Saturday, August 11, I urge you to vote today.

Mahalo,

Linda Lingle
